Our Aluminum die-casting machines range from 280ton to 1650 ton for a multitude of casting alloys. Providing a larger range of aluminum casting sizes and weights from a few ounces to 50+ pounds. This allows us to service many different industries. With many years of die-casting experience and expertise you will find our quality meets or exceeds expectations.

Our in-house tool design and build capabilities allow for faster response times, less lead time for the tool build, and better customer support and response that most die-cast facilities cannot offer.

Central melt

With our central melt operations allows for the recycling of material and improved process control and alloy exact alloy content. Roto degas is utilized in the central melt area. In-house spectrometer used for incoming and in-process inception of material.
